Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007, Blackberry Server 4.1, Active Directory, Enterprise Vault, Quest migration software, Exchange 2003 migrations, Domain and Forest migrations and trusts, Microsoft Exchange 2003 Clustering, Shadow copy, TCP/IP, LDAP, HTTP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, Exchange 2003/2007/2000/5.5, analytical and desktop support skills.
Candidate should have an understanding of time management, oral presentation skills and the ability to articulate to end user community in clear, concise understandable terms; excellent communication and writing skills;
Experience in planning, coordination and implementation of personnel administrative duties;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software,
Outlook 2003/2007 for troubleshooting client connectivity issues,
Excel for spreadsheet preparation and documentation |
