We have an immediate opportunity for a Data Analyst for 6 months contract openings with the largest Healthcare Insurer in the Owings Mills, MD. area. You are an ideal fit for this opportunity if you have previously worked as a Data Analyst for a large Healthcare Insurance company, such as UnitedHealth, Aetna, Cigna or one of the Blues Plans like WellPoint or Highmark.
Description & Skills required:
Data Analyst:
Contractor will be responsible for analyzing data requirements within an organization and modeling the data and data flows.
1 * 3 years of equivalent work experience. Responsible for profiling and documenting the data and data process. Run jobs/queries to provide the basis of the data to be analyzed. Provide the information needed to complete data mappings and specifications.
Skills required:
* Healthcare, Claims Experience, Data Analyst, Data Flows, RUP, data mapping
* Health data experience, DB2, SQL
* UNIX background
* Healthcare experience is a must - United health, Kaiser, BCBS will be preferred.
Since interviews are conducted through Phone and in person you must be able to interview at your own expense for your in person interview in the Owings Mills, MD area.
We are flexible with work arrangements: W2 with or without benefits, temp to perm, or corp to corp. However, we prefer a candidate willing to work C2C at an all inclusive rate.
