Excellent oral and writing skills
4 years minimum in a system architect role
4 years playing a large role in the implementation of Enterprise Java J2EE systems
Master degree in computer science or mathematics is the minimum, PH.D is prefer
Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications
Must have experience in architecting Enterprise application
MDB experience
Content management experience
Experience of using UML diagram
Web service development experience
Experience of the relational database
iWay experience / knowledge
Excellent oral and written skills
Strong XML knowledge
Must be hands on
Novell LDAP knowledge
Familiar with java keytool or similar utility tool and understand server-client
