Description : |
| |
Works in conjunction with other team members under the supervision of Business Applications Manager
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and maintenance of the business processes
- Facilitates the translation of business requirements to system specifications and designs
- Knowing and applying business processes, data requirements, automated business solutions, integration issues, and reporting requirements for the Services area
- Assists in developing standards and criteria for successful implementation of new CRM modules as well as the maintenance of existing systems
- Works with the Services staff to implement automated CRM processes adhering to established project plans and associated deadlines
- Assists in establishing standards for user and system documentation and complies with established standards
- Makes recommendations and assists with implementing ways to improve productivity and efficiency of CRM applications
- Performs related duties as needed or assigned
