Description : |
| |
Provide overall technical leadership as a system engineer for the design, development and deployment of large, complex CAD/AVL data and voice communications systems.Perform requirements analysis, create presentation material for formal design reviews, interact with customers to discern applicable requirements and operational use of the system, and provide development guidance and system test oversight for the system delivery.Lead internal staff to accomplish all technical program goals and assist Program Manager to help meet cost and schedule goals.
Knowledge of entire system development life cycle and product development life cycle is required.Familiarity with IEEE life cycle system documentation and process is a plus.Prior transit application experience is a plus.Candidate must be able to lead a team of developers to deliver an integrated CAD/AVL system to meet program requirements.
Successful candidates will have also have the knowledge of and experience in hardware and or software development and experience with communication systems.Subcontract management is a plus.
