Position Summary: Managerial position with responsibility for the direction, operation, and performance of the Clinical Applications.
Job Functions and Duties:
1. Assumes responsibility for the direction, operation, and performance of the Clinical Applications Support Team.
2. Maintains appropriate and thorough communication with the Clinical Applications user departments.
3. Maintains accurate documentation on all user department functionality and related support team procedures.
4. Monitors DK and Work Order Management (WOMs) assignments for clinical applications analysts, documentation and monitoring of customer service provided, and other related support procedures.
5. Manages the Database Rollover Procedures, including the Release Notices, documentation, and scheduling of activities and support.
