Database Developer
Location: Carlinville, IL / Springfield, MO (Either of the lcoation is fine with the client)
A full-time position is available in our Software Development Department, reporting to .Net Development Manager.
Work Authorization: Any
The client is willing to sponsor H1 for the right candidate
Qualifications & Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Work with application developers to create and update database components.
* Work with business experts to create and design relational databases.
* Provide support in data conversions.
* Ensure that the performance, quality, and reliability of our databases surpass the expectations of our customers.
* Provide informal leadership to less experienced developers
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working with relational databases including design, development, and administration.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of SQL programming is required
* Minimum of 5-7years of Database modeling including versioning and deployment in a production environment.
* Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 is a requirement
* Additional experience with XML, .NET programming or Crystal Reports will be considered an asset
