Operations management experience with cross-functional teams consisting of partners from non-profit, community-based organizations and large state agencies or other systems.--10Years
Technical experience tracking and analyzing deliverables and meeting deliverable timeframes.--10Years
Knowledge of business operations as they pertain to project management, training, workshops, and curricula development.--10Years
Familiar with current qualitative and quantitative evaluation design theories and the ability to provide technical oversight for both curriculum and project evaluation.--10 Years
Familiar with Texas state agency processes and policies.--4 Years
