Healthcare or Previous BCBS experience is required.
Pega RULES Process Commander development, including System Architect is essential to this position.
This position is a senior position within the FEP project that is beginning the SDLC process.
The candidate will be responsible for the technical delivery management, and will be the lead technical delivery manager on the project.
The role will range from working through workflows with various business units, to the oversight of the Pega architecture being developed.
The candidate must be able to facilitate meetings and report out to management.
Must be able to manage the escalation of technical road blocks and
work in unison with other teams.
Consults with business analysts in order to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions.
Responsible for the oversight of the designing and documentation of technical requirements for the project, specific to the Pega development stream.
Must be able to determine and document complex software and system functional specifications.
