Position: Sr. Software Security / Application Security Architect
ISC2 ISSA ISACA - Membership
Location: NYC
Duration: 3 - 6 Months Contract to Hire Fulltime
Minimum four years experience in an Information Security position, or four years in Information Technology with a strong background in Application Security best practices.
Demonstrated expert knowledge in all application security disciplines.
In-depth knowledge of open source and commercial application security tools, such as application and vulnerability scanners, intrusion detection systems, code analysis tools, Content Versioning Systems (CVS), and log analysis tools.
Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Model.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, XML, XSLT and J2EE technologies with a minimum of 5 years of programming.
Knowledge of Oracle database architectures and database query languages.
Knowledge of IBM Websphere and MQ technologies.
Knowledge of regulations and security compliance requirements such as SOX, GLBA, SB1386, HIPPA, FFIEC, SEC, OTS, etc.
Good communication in English, both oral and written (presentations, technical reports and proposals).
