10 years experience in UNIX Systems Administration required - Sun Solaris ( Primary ), AIX, Linux .
*Project management skills.
*Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
*Excellent understanding of networking principles - TCP/IP, UDP, Routing, DNS.
*Good understanding of Storage and related Products - Solaris Volume Manager, Veritas Volume Manager, EMC, Hitachi, NAS
*Strong Scripting ability-Korn Shell or Perl ( preferred )
*Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
*Ability to handle heavy workloads with limited supervision.
*Proven leadership skills and knowledge of automating enterprise application deployments.
*Bachelors Degree or equivalent required.
