Our client is seeking a PC Technicians in the Pensacola area. This is a 4-6 week contract. Candidates must pass a background check.
Knowledge and experience in the following are required:
* Minimum 2 years of troubleshooting/researching experience with desktop software, hardware, and network connectivity
* Must be able to document all work using Remedy software
* Experience troubleshooting Printers (network and stand-alone)
* Experience working as a Desktop Support Specialist/Break/Fix Technician
* Experience providing telephone support
* Excellent customer support skills
* Windows 2000/20003
* AD (preferred)
