The Operations Director for this position must provide extensive, hands-on operational and financial oversight in one of ACS’ rapidly expanding business practices, Emergency Medical Services.Specifically, this position requires significant Organizational Skills, Client Relationships, Risk Management Expertise, and previous experience managing a $500 Million Business with approximately 800 employees.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Operations Director in this position will have primary operational responsibility for ACS’ contracts with various ambulance service companies that provide medical billing for both emergent and non-emergent transportation services.Specifically, when patients are transported by an ambulance, ACS bills the patient’s insurance carrier, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.ACS collects the fees-for-service on behalf of the client.Additionally, ACS’ contracts provides for computer technology as part of our services.This computer technology includes items such as mobile computers in the ambulances, wireless computing between the ambulance computers and hosted server applications, as well as Data Warehouse Reporting |
