Job Description
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and performs smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our AS/400 based systems. Develops and implements around the clock 24 x 7 support processes for all facets of our AS/400 based systems. Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction driving towards maximized customer service at all times. Implements initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction where necessary. Develops and implements processes related to data integrity of all AS/400 related systems to ensure high availability and accuracy including backup, off-site storage, etc. Performs hands-on advanced (2nd & 3rd level) technical troubleshooting to solve AS/400 related problems. Manages and performs software installs on all AS/400 based systems. Develops and implements system monitoring processes and related reports for all AS/400 based systems. Ensures systems are capable of handling anticipated current and future volume. Leads and project manages AS/400 operationally related projects utilizing internal and external |
