The incumbent will be a member of CRM Solutions team that supports our Sales Force. The role is responsible
For the development and support of Siebel CRM Application and Siebel Analytics.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Provide Siebel administration, application and interface development
- Monitor application processes.
- Support of alignments and targeting processes
- Identify/resolve production issues
- Database troubleshooting
- Resolve calls for Level 1 and 2 supports
- Implement production performance improvements
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Provide technical expertise to peers and associates on the technical issues
- Participate in the development/updating of training material
