| |
This person will be managing the development standards within the File
Transmission / Automation Team. The candidate will have the responsibility
of managing the File Transmission/Automation Team. He or she will be
responsible for ensuring that good development practices are followed in the
File Transmission and Automation space.
This team is responsible for developing 1.) Control-M scripts 2.) NDM, 3.)
SFTP.(skillset priority in that order) The consultant will be responsible
for ensuring that good programming standards are followed. He or she will be
responsible for managing deliverables and the metrics around them.
He or she will report to the Infrastructure Director and will work closely
with the Infrastructure Manager who previously held this position.
Required Skills:
College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Software development experience from both a management and development
perspective
Managing the functions of Control-M, NDM, and SFTP, so they should have
development background and management experience with these tools. They will
be managing 8-13 resources (some offshore).
Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience
in documenting requirements and technical specifications
Financial experience is a plus
Strong time management skills and must be well organized
Energetic, self-starter requiring little direct supervision
Ability to lead through influence, especially when working with
cross-impacted areas
Good project management skills; PMP is a plus
Excellent telephone and conference call etiquette
Good understanding of infrastructure and infrastructure environments
Must have excellent oral communication skills
Green card/Citizens required
