Position Specific Information:
Individuals in this position must be able to work comfortably with a variety of clinical software applications, systems analysis methodologies, custom developed and web-enabled applications and systems.Individuals must understand and demonstrate the tools and techniques available to troubleshoot and resolve client/server and host based application issues as well as demonstrate the capability to coordinate various IS teams and team members to assist in the resolution of issues.Individuals in this position must be willing to support their systems as needed and participate in a rotating on-call shift.
