Position: Business Analyst - Search Engine Optimization (BA-SEO)

Job Description:
BA- SEO will report to the Program Manager * OSR, with a dotted line relationship to the Project manager for this project. Following are the primary responsibilities for the identified consultant:
* Analyze the current Support website and create strategies to improve search rankings for support.
* Create strategies to improve the search functionality of the existing support site. This may involve improvement of the current search engine (FAST) or to implement a new search engine
* Optimizing support site for Google searches (1M+ pieces of content). Get thousands of web pages with quality, unique content into Google's index and keep them there.
* Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive search engine optimization metrics, and recommend processes to ensure this relevance is maintained, including a detailed search behavior analysis and linking strategy.
* Execution of on-page SEO tactics and strategy without hindering the usability of the support web site.
* Perform daily and monthly data reporting analyze traffic and/or ranking reports.
* Analyze traffic for support web site and make adjustments as needed.
* A user centric approach to improving search engine performance.
* Train existing web content management team on SEO principles and practice |
