1. Review and refine as deemed necessary with input from the various groups the relevant training plan (ERP Training Strategy) and information for the new system, relating to the various disciplines to assure competency of all personnel that are expected to use the new ERP systems. Including but not limited to -
* Training Matrix
* Training Material
* Training Development and Scope Approach
* Training Workplan / Timeline
* Training Testing / Signoff Approach
* Train the Trainer Approach
* Training Pilot Approach
* Develop Training Team org chart and define Roles and Responsibilities (team will have dual reporting lines * both to the functional leads and ERP Training Manager)
* Resource Estimates
* Post Deployment Training and Support Plan. II
