| |
Siebel Solutions Level 3 Siebel Administrative Services, Production Research/Resolution and System Test Support. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and able to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Must have the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-task.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of related technical experience, Siebel administration experience along with an understanding of Siebel application architecture, and Siebel server side processes. An understanding of the major Siebel modules.
Required:
· Experience with environment installation and maintenance
· Experience configuring, troubleshooting and hardening servers
· Adept at user management
· Proficient problem solving and production support capabilities, including performance and availability troubleshooting incident recreation, analysis and resolution
· Experience with code and configuration and environment migration
· Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team that includes DBA’s, Architects, Developers and QA staff
· Excellent customer interaction skills
