Our client in uptown needs a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity.
This candidate will be primarily responsible for system requirements,
software usability, system training, and defining and documenting business
processes.
Candidates will have the following experience:
- Developed and implemented a requirements management plan for all projects
- Documented requirements and established full traceability in DOORS
- Gathered requirements through user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and
feedback forms
- Developed marketing materials and presentations for users
- Developed and delivered presentations to senior management
- Developed training plans and coordinated system training
- Evaluated interface usability and implemented usability changes
- Provided guidance on customer business practices to the development team
