Description : |
| |
Provides technical advice regarding the identification and resolution of system problems.
* Must be able to run a Helpdesk and coordinate with the user community with system issues that come to a helpdesk
* Reviews and investigates application systems to diagnose problems and offer solutions.
* Prepares project report and system documentation for management reviews and presentation
* Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills. Proficient in data analysis, business analysis skills including excellent problem-solving, team building, judgment and decision-making.
* Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills and Proficient in both process modeling and data analysis/modeling
* Support a range of projects such as process improvements, systems implementation, data warehousing and efficient reporting
