Expert Business Analysts with Help Desk exp.
Tasks
1. Work closely with internal and external customers to define complex business rules related to help desk functions
2. Review of current help desk structure and compare to industry standards.
3. Drive the analysis phase to completion while developing and validating business requirements, and process flow diagrams.
4. Work with the other experts to quickly learn the functions of the various client help desks
5. Work with management team to determine the best solution for our help desks.
6. Develop and deliver a recommendation to client Senior Staff that includes:
* Help Desk structure / organization
* Help Desk required skill sets
* Training needs for current staff
* Training program for new staff
