| |
(1) Desktop support:
Will be resolving Level III trouble tickets with end users. May remote into
the desktop or be face to face with the customer. They may be responsible
for resolving any plug/play issues, fixing Dell HW components, SW
configurations, SW install requests, troubleshooting laptop/printer/desktop
HW and SW issues- it may include anything on the desktop or LAN account.
(2) Systems Administration:
They may be responsible for applying SPs, troubleshooting server HW
(2950s), troubleshooting connectivity to the network- changing the network
configs. Requires a solid background in Active Directory- PW resets,
add/delete users from AD domain, writing scripts, create email account on
Exchange, creating GPOs- but on a very LOW level.
1) This candidate will be interacting with the customer on a daily basis and
MUST have GREAT Customer skills and communication skills
2) Must have experience working with remote troubleshooting tools. (Client
uses LANdesk)
3) Must have experience working with ticketing systems. (Client utilizes
Remedy but experience with other ticketing systems is fine.)
4) Must be willing to have some flexibility on rotating shifts (i.e. some
weekend work may be required)
