| |
* Lead in designing and implementing short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure Infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.
* Researches, recommends, and deploys automation and system performance management tools.
* Develops Desktop System Security, Operating System upgrades, and patching strategies.
* Provides technical guidance and project management for large-scale domestic and international projects including application tuning and planning, installing database upgrades and patches in test and production environments.
* Provides 3rd level technical support and provides training and documentation for 1st and 2nd level support.
Altiris administration
Creates completely automated installation packages for shrink-wrap, home-grown, and MSI applications using Altiris
