| |
Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management application version 6.0 or higher
* Experience with QA testing of Kronos configurations, connect interfaces and time clocks.
* Experience with configuring pay rules, accrual rules, schedules, time clocks, etc.
* 5+ years of solid experience as a BA
* Demonstrated ability in the development of User Test Plans
* Experience with MS SQL database, query language and store procedures are a must.
* High level analytical and problem solving skills are required
* Superior written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
* Experience with Standards for SOX compliance and Systems Lifecycle Methodology
* Experience developing and maintaining Crystal Reports is a plus
