Description : |
| |
Requires a broad range of skills within a professional discipline to effectively perform complex assignments;
demands familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies as well as applied knowledge of
established procedures, policies and practices. Preferably Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
Foundation Certificate or equivalent hands on working experience in Incident Management, Problem
Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management. Experience with complex client-server,
web-based, and transaction processing systems.
Required Skills:
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL-PL/SQL experience.
- Intermediate Unix experience (some scripting preferred).
- Knowledge of networks and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of HP Openview (template developing a plus).
- Knowledge of Remedy ARS Help Desk technology, preferably version 7-ITSM
- Excellent client-facing/communication skills and must be strong in documentation
- Able to alternate work schedule with notice between 1st and 2nd shifts (may include weekends or holidays).
