Develop and maintain current and future functionality of EMERGING Technology applications and processes.
* Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle with senior team members.
* Must be a Team Player and be able to work comfortably in teams of two or more analysts.
* After sufficient knowledge and experience is obtained, assist other members of the team as needed with production support.
* Provide research assistance and trouble-shooting for data anomalies and user inquiries.
* Perform break-fix corrections on production systems with help from senior team members.
* Document processes and procedures involving production support processes.
