Key Qualities:

-Graphic Design Skills / Photo Editing Skills Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
-At least 5 years, web based, user interface design experience
Technical skills:
-Strong Javascript experience including Cross Browser development and Jquery implementation
-Strong Knowledge of AJAX and *Web 2.0* technologies
-Mastery of HTML/XHTML and CSS
-Strong knowledge of Adobe Flash development
-Create visually appealing, user-friendly conceptual designs
-Consult with product owners and developers to produce designs and mockups
-Convert designs and mockups into HTML and CSS for use by the web developers
