| |
Experience in working with business area staff in identifying and documenting TIERS processes in support of end users.
* This experience must include identifying clues and issues to alert TIERS end users on properly navigating the application, issues that are in-progress to minimize help desk notification duplication and advise end users when an anticipated fix or resolution will be made.
* Worker will need to have experience in organizing large amounts of information in a manner that is easily navigated, written in plain language and published timely for end user support of the TIERS application is required. Experience must also include creating *Wizards* that guide end users through using each logical unit of work in TIERS.
* Ability to understand Texas Work policy and link from appropriate Wizard is also required. Experience in the use of TIERS to determine the page and field level help documentation for the application is critical.
* Experience with creating and coordinating Contingency Processing Methods (CPM*s) for testing, posting and retirement as necessary ands substantial skills in writing training materials is required |
