| |
Primary Responsibilities:
* Participate in the full life cycle of the project including working with the customer Project Manager and project team on high level business case analysis, solutions design, and detailed requirements definition through to implementation, testing and training
* Record and update issues in the issue tracking database
* Facilitate application training sessions at the customer site
* Manage and support application issues identified by our customers
* Requirements documentation and analysis
* Track issue resolution and correspond with customers and internal departments
* Work with the internal team to assist with troubleshooting and follow-up activities
* Work with Software Engineers to recreate and analyze system problems |
