Mid-level experience with at least two years working in system development.
* 2 or more years experience designing and developing web site applications
* Knowledge of web based system administration, software support, and development environments.
* Technical background and/or knowledge -
* Windows 2003 server, SQL, ASP.net, HTML, XML, Microsoft IIS, JavaScript, VB Script,
* Notes LEI and Domino 7 a plus
* Multimedia applications, database interactions and data modeling tools.
* Oracle Portal a plus
* SDLC knowledge - software development life cycle
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality.
* Effective written and oral communication with technical staff.
* Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
* Good communication skills
