NASCO NPS system
-knowledge in benefits files
-CSR (Change System Requests) experience is a huge plus.
Experienced Benefit Coders/Benefits Support Analysts that have strong experience using the NASCO NPS system including benefits coding/testing and knowledge in benefits files. The Benefit Coders must have experience in developing efficient benefit codes by reviewing benefit descriptions including NAEGS, benefit grids, benefit booklets, and benefit summaries etc. and converting them to NPS benefit mnemonics.
You should be proficient in building benefit coding requirements and testing them and uploading benefit codes on the NASCO system. CSR (Change System Requests) experience is a huge plus.
