| |
Responsible for OpenText eDOCs client software installation, setup, and configuration support. Provides technical support. Troubleshoots and engineer customized solutions for client specific usage with customers. Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention. Maintains good documentation of issues and problem resolutions. Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others with calls.
Required Skills:
Requires 3 years of technical experience with OpenText eDOCs 5.x client software. Experience with the integration of eDOCs with the Microsoft Office 2007 product suite and CORMail for Lotus Notes. Experience hooking eDOCs into pre-existing HummingBird DM servers. Strong communication skills required in working with business side customers.
Critical Skills:
Working experience with OpenText 5.x software.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Information Technology related fields or equivalent work experience.
