| |
The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for and involved with:
Participating in first & second level operational support teams
Participate in platform design, upgrade, anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot, research and resolve issues and problems associated with server performance, capacity issues, and other Windows-related issues.
Use of expert knowledge to resolve highly complex or escalated infrastructure problems. Configuration and security for server, upgrades, third party software, performance management, capacity planning and trend analysis Server Lab Support, Data Backups.
Participate in ITIL (Equip-IT) initiatives and processes
Participate in a on-call rotation schedule for escalation issues
