| |
Should have Architectural insight of multiple Siebel CRM systems and maintain expertise in the area of architecture, industry trends, strategies, and products to ensure that assets are effectively and efficiently utilized.
- Initiate, install, train, and support new software installations into the Siebel CRM environment. Software may be Oracle products, as well as 3rd party solutions.
- Should be able to Establish & manage the coordination processes with external technology teams and vendors to ensure proper installation of new software.
- Should be able to Work with Siebel Architects, CTO Architects, and Development design leads to analyze new design initiatives and insure deliverables meet performance, scalability, and availability requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to peers and associates on the overall logical infrastructure architecture and focus on availability, performance, manageability based on SLA.
- Sizing Analysis and trends of the usage of the Siebel application.
- Work with other Infrastructure teams like DBA's, Server, Network etc.
- Work/Lead in a team environment with both on-shore and offshore team members.
- Review and approve Technical Support documents, as well as Change Controls for all Siebel environments |
