Description : |
| |
Design and build advanced dashboards and reports in MicroStrategy . Design recommendations to accommodate business requirements, application development needs, and database modifications required to implement BI solutions.
. Mentor and train MicroStrategy BI Team . Provide leadership for other MicroStrategy team members and act as liaison between BI Administrators, Developers, Database Administrators, System Administrators, and Business Users . Maintain ongoing knowledge of MicroStrategy platform capabilities (including future releases) . Performance and data quality validation on new and existing reports and environments . Participate in requirements gathering and design for ongoing development projects . Perform BI Administration tasks including:
o Perform MicroStrategy software installation and configuration o Perform MicroStrategy software backup and recovery o Apply MicroStrategy software patches and upgrades o Perform MicroStrategy performance tuning o Validate MicroStrategy source connectivity o Perform MicroStrategy scheduling tasks o Provide MicroStrategy documentation o Provide on-call support o Perform problem assessment and resolution
