May perform one or more of the following:
Directs the activities of software applications/web development team; Technology SME's with skill sets in multiple technologies: Mercator/Datastage TX, MQSeries, Websphere
Manages the development, installation, and maintenance of computer programs for business applications.
Directs and coordinates activities related to the design, development and implementation
Plans, conducts, and coordinates business programming applications activities.
Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for improvements; will have accountability for driving the team forward and defining the future state to support EAI technology solutions
Will be responsible for management of ACS employees as well as, managing the relationship with a 3rd party partner
Operational/Engineering Support - Incident management and drive problem management/root cause analysis.
Background in ITIL v2 or v3 and ISO 20000 practices is a plus |
