Position Description:
Manage technical staff in a matrixed organization including resource planning, career development, performance assessments, team building, conflict resolution and hiring for business analysts, developers, software configuration management and test staff. Contractor Management including SOW development and monitoring.
Drive delivery lifecycle compliance and improvement across a broad, dynamic and rapidly growing portfolio of electronic payment solutions spanning implementations, maintenance programs and level 3 production support.
Evangelize organization and process change to meet the growing electronic payment solutions business needs. This position works with on and offshore managers to drive synergy, productivity and resource management of our global operation.
Regularly interacts with senior and global management on matters concerning several functional areas and/or customers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
Position Requirements:
Demonstrated Technical Project Management and Resource Management acumen applied in matrixed geographically distributed IT delivery organizations. Extensive experience with scope, schedule, resource, financial, risk, quality, contractor and communication management and best practices.
