Expert knowledge in Oracle Financial modules, specifically Oracle Grants Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
Expert technical knowledge of Oracle API*s
Expert knowledge of OGM data model
Ten years technical experience in the support and development of customized applications including interfaces/extensions/customizations written in Advanced PL/SQL, JAVA or other languages; six years of this experience in the technical support of Oracle financial applications (high preference for JAVA experience). Three years of this experience in the technical support of Oracle financial applications
Knowledge of work flow, including customized implementations of work flow
Technical writing skills with a proven track record of written documentation development and documentation for: Technical Specifications (prior experience in the AIM methodology and use of MD70s)
Experience in the public sector; experience in Oracle Grants Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and General Ledger for a public sector organization (alternatively a not for profit organization)
Systems design and implementation experience
Experience in testing, troubleshooting issues and resolution
Thorough knowledge and experience in SDLC
