Description : |

This position will be responsible for monitoring, testing and restoring data
and voice services. This individual will need to be knowledgeable of VOIP,
MPLS, MLPPP, TCP/IP, VPN, and other voice applications. This person will
maintain customer data and voice networks and for circuit testing DS0, DS1,
and DS3.
The ideal candidate will have a CCNA certification and experience working
with Cisco equipment. A minimum of two plus years related experience and
experience with Remedy ticketing system, Frame Relay, ATM networks is
required.
