Description : |
| |
Shall have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management or a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the management of information technology operations. This experience shall include developmental, operational and maintenance experience with complex Customer Service, financial and other enterprise applications and supporting Infrastructure including servers, interactive phone systems, local area networks and wide-area networks. The IT Manager shall also have at least five (5) years’ experience in a leadership or management role in a mission-critical, high volume Transaction processing environment. The IT Manager shall also have at least two (2) years’ prior experience implementing and/or managing the ongoing support of the Vendor’s CSC Product solutions.
Good client relationship skills and experience managing service delivery contracts with SLAs and deadlines required. Ability to operate in a high paced environment with numerous stakeholders |
