1-2 years experience with the following:
MOSS 2007 (upgrade to 2010 expected for next year)
Development / Administration - will change, customize, develop and
administer the backend server environment on SQL Server
2005 databases (upgrade to 2008 expected for next year) using C#.Net (2.0 -
3.5) and Infopath
Developing Master Pages, Layouts, custom layouts, and templates using C#.Net
(2.0 - 3.5)
Backing up sites, creating audiences, creating the sites and securing the
sites
SQL Server 2008 reporting services
Knowledge of SSRS is a plus
Strong communication skills (for internal client interfacing - gather
requirements)
