Description : |
| |
Shall have at least six (6) years of experience in customer service and three (3) years of experience in high volume transaction operations and/or the toll industry. The Customer Service Manager shall have past experience in this position leading at least one new CSC start-up.
Good client relationship skills and experience managing service delivery contracts with SLAs and deadlines required. Ability to operate in a high paced environment with numerous stakeholders.
Special Requirements
Employment will be contingent upon contract award if successful. RFP requires proposed staff be committed to the program and must be present during any interview stage of the selection process.
All other duties as assigned.
