Description : |
| |
Detailed statement of duties and responsibilities:
* Provide support for the Student Information Management System (SIMS) and the Education Personnel Information Management System (EPIMS)
* Assist with reviewing the accuracy and comprehensiveness of all collected data
* Provide direct training to district staff
* Provide additional assistance with other data collection initiatives as needed
Qualifications required at hire:
* Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team to provide the highest level of customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the function and capabilities of database and database software
* Ability to provide technical assistance to a wide range of user experience and skill
* Ability to train school and district personnel
* Ability to adapt to new requirements, including learning new applications and/or systems
* Ability to analyze problems and recommend the correct solution to attain desired results
* Proficient Microsoft Office ability
* Experience in both PC and Macintosh environments
* Ability to quickly learn and communicate information regarding web-based data collection systems
* Strong organizational skills
