Duties and Responsibilities:
Staffing Branch Manager will work closely with Technology Practice Leaders to:
* Understand market drivers, competitive environment and company goals
* Prepare marketing plans and positioning strategies
* Design and develop insightful, creative and effective marketing strategies
* Develop distinctive positioning of technology-related capabilities
* Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns
* Develop targeted client programs and presentations
* Manage integrated teams during project design, development, and execution
* Work with Internet/web channels, public relations, and various external agencies
* Develop and execute internal communications programs and materials
* Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing and sales activities and accomplishments
* Ensure cost-effectiveness of programs to achieve desired business goals
* Participate and manage booth in trade shows organized by Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft etc |
