| |
Be responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, daily management, and administration of Research and Development application systems. This role is a critical support function which demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on troubleshooting of systems. This is a customer facing position requiring interactions at all levels of the business.
Major Duties:
* Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for Research and Development applications to associates in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and IT Quality
* Plan, test, and perform the installation, configurations, and maintenance of application and operating system patches
* Create and maintain documentation on the current configuration of applications
* Communicate status of activities to management
* Write and execute test protocols and scripts
