| |
Consolidate several existing roadmaps / strategies into one document. Identify overlaps / duplicate tasks. Create MS Project / Excel sheet to track tactical tasks / projects inside of strategies. Work in conjunction with technical staff to identify relevant / non-relevant tasks. Assist in resource planning to include internal labor and outsourced labor. Determine labor costs based on internal or external resources. Track hours spent and percent complete. serve as single point-of-contact for overall status as well as schedule status meetings.
