5+ years J2EE Design Patterns experience
3-5 years experience with BEA Weblogic Server, Web Services and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
2+ years experience with SQL, stored procedures, and triggers
Ability to quickly perform proof-of-concepts for validating new technology or approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating exceptional analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
