Description : |
| |
· Assist in the design, planning, building and troubleshooting systems as a Nimsoft NMS subject matter expert.
· Responsible for installation and maintenance of the Nimsoft NMS monitoring suite on all of ACS’ operating environments (development, test, staging, pre-production & production).
· Provide leadership in the areas of operational support, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and patch/release management for all Nimsoft NMS tools.
· Perform system and application setup/support and maintenance in conjunction with the regular scheduled maintenance related to the use of Nimsoft’s NMS tools within our enterprise environment.
· Respond to emergency issues, root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures.
· Report on application performance, utilization and feature use based on requirements.
· Provide technical assistance to IT Operations, Helpdesk and Business Applications in order to resolve production incidents |
